Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using Savyn ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. Savyn is developed and operated by Savyn Labs.

2. What Savyn Is

Savyn is an AI-powered Android launcher. It organizes your digital life around personal AI agents — each dedicated to a domain like work, fitness, or creativity. The agents chat with you, help you stay on track, and surface the right content at the right time.

Savyn is a tool to help you. The AI agents provide suggestions, not professional advice. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic guidance.

3. Accounts & Access

Savyn does not require an account. There is no sign-up, no login, no password. The app works fully on your device. Your subscription status is managed entirely through Google Play.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Billing — All payments are processed by Google Play. Savyn Labs does not handle payment information directly.
• Cancellation — You can cancel anytime through Google Play Store → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds — Refund requests are handled by Google Play per their policies.
• Price changes — If we change pricing, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance via the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Savyn to:

• Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content through the AI agents
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI systems
• Use the app in ways that violate others' rights or applicable laws
• Circumvent budget limits or billing mechanisms
• Impersonate others or create misleading or deceptive content

We reserve the right to suspend AI access if we detect abusive usage patterns. Your local data always remains yours regardless.

6. AI-Generated Content

Savyn's agents generate responses using large language models (currently via OpenAI). You should be aware that:

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• AI agents do not have access to real-time information beyond what you share with them
• Responses are not professional advice — always verify important decisions independently
• Content you share with agents is sent to AI providers for processing as described in our Privacy Policy

7. Your Data

Your conversations, preferences, saved links, and personal settings are stored locally on your device. We don't have access to them. For full details on how data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

Uninstalling Savyn permanently deletes all local data. There is no cloud backup or recovery mechanism.

8. Intellectual Property

Savyn, including its code, design, and brand assets, is the property of Savyn Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its components.

Content you create or share within the app (conversations, notes, saved links) remains yours.

9. Availability & Changes

• We aim to keep Savyn running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service — AI providers may have downtime
• We may update features, pricing, or these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated in the app
• We may discontinue the app with reasonable notice. Your local data remains yours regardless

10. Limitation of Liability

Savyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savyn Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using Savyn at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any active subscription through Google Play.

We may suspend or terminate AI access if these terms are violated. Your local data is never affected by account-level actions.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
